I have over 30 years of experience designing and delivering Learning & Development (L&D) events, courses and programmes in the UK and overseas for a diverse client-base, including Corporate Leadership Teams and Line Managers, Operational Teams, Government Departments, the Armed Forces and Prisoners.

I know from personal experience working with people in challenging roles, situations and environments that given the appropriate tools and support the most ‘ordinary’ amongst us can achieve ‘extraordinary’ things, both within and outside of their work lives.

How we work
We recognise that online training is effective for some L&D topics, but as most of our work involves exploring and developing the tangible cognitive inter-personal skills and behaviours required to ‘work together’ and ‘manage people’ we far prefer to focus on face-to-face workshops, events and activities.

We deliver effective activities, courses and programmes across a vast range of L&D topics because we have a network of experienced professional specialists who are passionate about their subjects and ‘developing others’.
