Performance Tone Up is designed to enhance wellbeing in the workplace, reduce stress & conflict, enhance personal and team performance, and create a more enjoyable workplace.

We visit some well-respected management development models and give you confidence to leverage them through a deeper understanding of what’s happening within us physically, neurologically, and behaviourally as we manage stress, conflict, performance, and people.

Performance Tone Up is run by:

Lauren Bond an accredited Therapeutic Coach with a degree in Psychology, specializing in anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress. Lauren employs a unique coaching style that emphasizes the Mind-Body Connection to help individuals achieve their goals.

Mick Earle a Corporate Behavioural Change Consultant with over 30 years of experience in managing teams and organisations. Mick has worked extensively with various sectors, including Government Departments, Emergency Services, Armed Forces, and the NHS.

Performance Tone Up is hosted by Middle Aston House in Oxfordshire in the UK, a heritage country house venue with 55 bedrooms set in over 20 acres of gardens, lawns, woodland and a lake. The perfect setting for learning and personal development in a relaxing environment.

During your Retreat we’ll be Resilience Coaching, helping you to reduce conflict, anxiety, and stress while improving communication through better interpretation of behaviours and body language.

You’ll also assess your current 'Resilience & Tolerance' levels and discover practical ways to prevent burnout and enhance performance.

We’ll explore the Mind-Body Connection to help you better understand stress-related behaviours and activate your natural relaxation response.

To compliment the learning opportunities, during your Corporate Retreat you’ll have ample time to unwind in Middle Aston House’s serene rural environment and enjoy a range of relaxation therapies on offer.
